Day 18 - Seasons + Symbols - {Project Capture Your Grief} 

The season that reminds me of Emma is of course fall. But I have connections with spring. I was pregnant through winter, spring, summer, and not fall, BUT it was coming upon us after she was born. And it's fitting because along with her, I watched nature die once again in preparation for the longest winter I've ever endured. I love fall. But it stings. Spring reminds me of all the trips we took and things we did when my girl was along with us. Trips to London to the spray tan, the little cafe in London, Starbucks, bries brews... All these remind me of her.  Butterflies. Purple. Yellow. Purple and yellow together. Wildflowers. All kinds of flowers. Bees. Certain foods. The smell of spring rain and the smell of spring when you roll your windows down... The memories are endless. #projectheal #captureyourgrief
